320U in United Arab Emirates?

Hi, did anyone reading this try using an aircard 320U in the United Arab Emirates? I tried connecting with a etisalat SIM card without success, and with a foreign card I managed to connect. The APN was right. Any ideas?
Doesn't make much sense to me either.

    First question - was the etisalat SIM correctly provisioned for data? Second question - did the "foreign SIM" connect to the same cell provider network as the etisalat SIM? Just a couple of suggestions as to why one SIM worked when the other didn't.
