330U firmware needed
I accidently installed the 313U firmware onto my 330U (dumb mistake). Now Windows 7 does not recognize the aircard when it is plugged in. Please help!
I cannot find the 330U firmware anywhere.
This is the firmware I need: SWI9200X_03.00.08.03AP

Have you tried to install the aircard watcher you can find it in the downloads of the support of the 330u page.

Yes, I was able to install the watcher, but it does not recognize that the stick is installed. The watcher installation does not update the firmware.

Do you happen to have any other software from your ISP installed on the PC? If so try to remove it and see if the PC see the the card.
