4 Bars, lots of no wifi.

I have the Nighthawk MR1100 mobile router on ATT Prepaid. I also have an antenna connected. As above, I constanaly get 4 bars on the display. I have updated to the latest firmware. More than once when we connect with a device  they state "No Wifi" or "unable to connect". Most of our devices are IOS, with one android. I know there are varios setting within the router and I am hoping someone knows what they are and which ones I should change. Thanks for any help.

    Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum.       I got the e-mail and tried to open the topic but it didn't work. I went to the reccomended area of the community but didn't see anything relating to my topic.
