4G connection

Good day all, 

Here is my issue with my rooter , it wont connect to 4G ( I have full signal on my location) but 3G+ it does.

When I set only 4G it says the data broadband is disabled 

What I did :

1- Reset with and without battery 

2- Disable Wifi and thethring stan by 

3- Checked several times the APN

4- Tried te sim on another rooter , 4G working fine

5- Tried another sim card in my rooter still the same problem coonectng only on 3G

If some one can help that will be really great
