4G LTE LB2120 firmware download

My 4G LTE LB2120 suffered a poweroutage during a firmware update. The power light glows solid amber and the network light is green. All of the bars are off. I assume that I will need to follows the steps outlined in the following link:

Where do I download the firmware for this modem? I visited the download section and it does not show any downloads available.
