4G LTE Modem LB1120 power light won’t turn green

I have a 4G LTE Modem LB1120 and no matter what I do As far as a reset my power light is only staying orange and not turning green. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to turn green?

      Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

       

      Just want to clarify if it is a solid or blinking amber power light. Are there any lights lit like the signal bars? 

       

      Kindly turn the power off, wait for 10 seconds, and turn on the modem to see if it recovers. If the Power LED bar is still amber but no individual Signal Strength bar lights solid green one minute after power-up, kindly reset the modem to factory default settings.
