770S

I keep getting No Battery message. It will charge about 10 minutes as it is supposed to then show a No Battery & stops charging. Any solutions anyone?

    Make sure your AC770S has the latest FW to rule out any firmware related issues. Also I would check and make sure that both the battery contacts on the battery and device are clean no dust or gunk on them, check the fitment of the battery is it a tight fit or lose if it is loose it could be causing the device to loose connection with battery causing device not to be able to detect it. Also check the battery for any bloating or visible damage. If the battery has any visible damage and or bloating you should consider getting a new battery.

    If battery needs replacement it may be tough to find one as this is an older device so you may consider checking Amazon or EBay.

     

    If the battery does not need replacement you may also try resetting device to factory settings and see it helps if not done so already.
