785S AirCard issue Blue and Orange flashing lights

blue and orange flashing lights. does this for a while then it flashes blue light and the screen shows Netgear AirCard does this three times and then starts flashing blue and orange again. Held the Power button and went into a download mode (showed a downward arrow on screen) once it was done it flashed blue then again back to blue and orange. Plugged the aircard into computer, the driver couldn't be downloaded. Is there any way do fix this or should i get it replaced.??
