790s firmware (telstra) not downloading
Hi, I am getting error codes 77 and 68. Does this mean I must be using Telstra in order to download new firmware?

Thank you for replying.
The firmware version in my device is older than what is available on the Netgear website, however no firmware is available when I try to update via the device nor via its' inbuilt web page so the question I guess is why is there newer firmware on Netgears' website than what is in my device and why is new firmware not available OTA?

Are you looking at firmware for a different carrier than telstra because Im not seeing a firmware update on our support page for the 790s telstra?

I have a Bigpond version device but it is not using a Telstra internet service.
Hoping that helps you determine the problem.

What you linked is software for the PC to tether the aircard that is not firmware for the aircard itself so it should be up to date.
