815S

My Netgear AC815S has been displaying a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it. The message stated Mobile Broadband Disconnected. When I do a Factory Reset, it will be good for a while, but then returns to the Mobile Broadband Disconnected state. 

 

Is there a more permanent solution for this? I have tried to do a Software Update and the device states that I have the most current software.
