AC 790 unable to find firmware

Hi.

I am not able to update my AirCard 790 to the latest firmware. I'm stuck on NTG9X35C_11.05.00.00

 

The firmware update screen stays on the "Searching for updates" screen.

    You would have to contact you ISP support about that they push the firmware updates.

      Hi DarrenM,

      thanks for your reply.

       

      I have the unlocked version (so no carrier). Anyway I managed to get in touch with netgear support. Let's see what they say.
