AC313u firmware won't update

I have a AT&T branded AC313u which i believe has corrupt firmware and am trying to flash updated code which fails to install.

 

I see the device in the device manager as 'Sierra Wireless CNS Port (COM19)' 


Trying to fflash the latest code from the site: AC313U_BZ42729_03.05.10.02_Configure_v3

 

Can someone please help?

    If the firmware corrupted you may need to contact AT&T to see if they can help with the AC313u as they so the support for this device.
