AC330U ready to connect but not connecting

I have an AC330U that an inserted an AT&T SIM card, it's trying to connect but it is not connecting, is there something special, with the unit that I need to do to get it to connect? I tried to connect it to my PC (Dell) and my router (ASUS RT-AX88U) same issue.

    The green light is flashing but the device does not connect to AT&T 4G/LTE - Tower is very near
