AC785 One Click Firmware update doesn't work

I can't get the One Click Firmware update utility to work. It runs, says it's connecting, downloading firmware and flashing successfully, but the firmware doesn't actually get upgraded. I don't belie...

What troubleshooting have you done?

        I received an OTA firmware update which seems to have fixed the issue. Not sure if that was something you initiated, but it's working now, thank you!
