[AC790S] Firmware update ERROR

Hi all,   I cannot update my AC790s' firmware, there is always a error message (see photos attached).   How can I update it?    Model: AirCard 790S Firmware Version: NTG9X35C_01.03.28.0...

This problem still exist. Locating firmware suitable to European models are restricted out from website.

Hi JoKiv, 

 

May I request for the following information: 

- Where did you purchase the unit? 

- What is the current firmware version installed? 

- Do you have connectivity issue? 

 

Make sure that you have excellent signal bars when you attempt to update the firmware.

    Hi,

     

    I puchased device from Telia (ISP and mobile operator), Finland 

    Current version seems to be NTG9X35C_11.11.15.03

    I don't have issues with connectivity.

     

    I'll try again with better signal.

    Hi Support Team,

     

    Can I still update the AC790S firmware online in this time? because it has been wrong, seems the update WEB site not find firmware file.

    I puchased device from Telstra in 2016.
    current firmware version: NTG9X35C_01.03.28.05

    Is there any way to help me solve this problem?

      Hi, 

       

      I am having the same problem. I receive an ‘update error and will retry in 48 hours. message. My firmware is stuck on 9x35c 11.11.00.00

      if anyone has solved this problem can they please post a solution

        I'm here for the same problem - I have an AC790S from BigPond and I want to check and update the firmware. The Netgear site claims there is none available... is that true?
