[AC790S] Firmware update ERROR

Hi all,   I cannot update my AC790s' firmware, there is always a error message (see photos attached).   How can I update it?    Model: AirCard 790S Firmware Version: NTG9X35C_01.03.28.0...

I have the same issues but NetGear Team still stay quiet.

Please how can we resolve this problem.

If possible give us in pm the latest firmware.
