Based on what you just wrote, the file listed on the Verizon page is 02.08.59.00, and your devices shows 02.08.59.00.  Those are the exact same firmware levels.  You're device seems to be on the latest firmware.

I need the firmware file, something drastically changed for the worst after an Update. IS ANYONE AWARE OF WHERE I CAN FIND THE FIRMWARE FILES.
