Sorry to hear about the failed update. We are release a new FW for all AC797 SKUs. But noticed the server is pretty slow. We are investigating the issue. At the same time, we will stop pushing the FW update temporarily.

JohnPeng - the download itself isn’t all that slow. I reach 99% in only a few minutes. The problem is that it never completes to 100%. It will just sit at 99% until it finally shows an update error. So this appears to be an an issue entirely separate of server speed.
