I bought a battery correctly labeled W-7 and W-7a as per Netgear specs. But when I'm puttin in it is saying unsupported battery. Please check the picture Is there anything I need to do to solve? ...

I got the battery online. But I bought 2 batteries from 2 different shops. I realized that for ac797 it is required a W-7b and not a W-7 and W-7a. Although Netgear is giving those as compatible. Problem is that W-7b are only avaialble in US and Australia. I don't know where to get it in Italy
