AC800S - Lock access to touch screen?

I've got to be missing something obvious, but is there a way to lock the touch screen on the Optus AC800S? I've switched off the display of the wifi name and password, but as it stands, anyone ...

Have just purchased the AC800s through OPTUS (Aus) and have exactly the same question. Seems illogical to not be able to lock the home screen.

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

Please access AC800S web user interface then go to Wi-Fi > Options. Look for an option that will allow you to Hide/Show WiFi Info on Home.

I want to lock the screen.

The hidden password can still be accessed from the modem itself.

How do I stop someone accessing the modem settings from the home screen?

Hi Spolk

You can change the admin login password and hide that information on LCD. Please access AC800S web user interface then go to Settings > General > Device. Set your own password and unchecked "Display on LCD" option.

    Yes. I did that when I set the device up.
    
    It doesn't lock the modem screen.
    
    On the touchscreen I can press settings-->display and then -->change wifi info on home to "show". Press the home button on the modem, and the wifi name and password are displayed. I want to stop others being able to do this.
    
    So I'll ask again, how do I lock the modem's touchscreen?
