AC810 restart issue

HI, I have installed the latest firmware on the AC810 , when its connected to 4G network and i use it with PC or phone , it restart ramdomly I dont know why? I have too reconfigure with factory res...

Please make sure you used a battery with it and check whether that makes any differences.

    Hi
    It s connected with his power supply or over USB on PC... So it s always 100% ( charge about battery)
