AC810s common issues

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I`ve got a AC810s Telstra and the seller sent me 2 pieces of 5dbi TS-9 antennas so I could use it when I have weak reception.&nbsp;When I attach the first one usually nothing happens but when I attach both it always drops one line of antenna strength, for instance if I have full antenna strength, it will drop down by 1. It`s so weird, why would connecting two antenna`s reduce the antenna strength?

Appreciate the reply.&nbsp;So what antenna is good? cuz some places I go, reception is not good and I really can use a good antenna. right now as mentioned above I`m using 5dbi TS-9 antenna`s and funny thing is one of them connected is ok but when I connect both, it reduces the antenna bar by one.&nbsp;So plz gimme some good antenna models, pictures, names if you can.
