After unlock AirCard 770S not feel with sim signal

Hi My router has offically unlocked by AT&T successfully with no error messages but once i try to use (VIVA / Zain) in Kuwait , it doesn't feel with SIM and doesn't show signal how can fix this...

divice not shows signal. I try APN still not working. Can you please provide new firmware.
