Air Card 797 wont turn on

I recently purchased this hotspot to use in our motorhome.  I had it up and it was running fine.  We moved today and it didn't have any internet.  I was going to shut it off and restart it to have it refind or sync up.  It flashed a shutdown message and now i am not able to get it to power back up.  

Yes it is completely charged up on battery.  I even tried it plugged in and still nothing.

Is there any reset that i can do on it?

Any other suggestions?
