Air card AC810s reboots when set to LTE

Question

My Netgear AC810s LTE gateway ( Telstra 4GX advanced III) resets whenever there is a light data load. I have found that setting the Network mode to WCDMA ALL fixes this problem but I understand that the gateway can not work at high speeds on this setting.

The firmware is NTG9X40C_11.14.08.12

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Factory reset does not resolve this issue. Any other ideas?&nbsp;The Aricard remains functional in WCDMA mode but not in LTE mode. On Telstra in Australia this represents a 10Mb/s downgrade in bandwidth&nbsp;&nbsp;
