Air Card program

I want to know, has the device’s software changed? And if it was changed, what is the alternative program ?? please reply I want to know, has the device’s software changed? And if it was changed, what is the alternative program ?? Please answer, I want to connect the device to its mobile software

    To clarify, do you want to access the user interface of the device? Or are you referring to the App? or the firmware?
