By the way, AT&T has responded to my question about why this device is reporting there is no firmware update available. Is there a way to update firmware on this device via a USB cable or some alternate to AT&T's Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) mechanism? I know this is an older device but it's kind of surprising I can't at least get the latest firmware that was released a few years ago. Other than an occasional "hang" condition where I have to power cycle the device, it seems to work pretty well.
