I am having the same problems as everyone above. In my opinion, ATT has sold us a product that only has a life of one year (give or take a few months). Then they force customers to sign up for a two year contract, knowing in many cases, the product will not sustain the warranty period. Therefore, ATT must either release it’s customers from their contract or replace the products at no cost. It would be illegal for ATT to charge customers for a product that should survive the warranty period.
