Aircard 770s reset itself - can't access

I had this hotspot set up with a new name and pw on my laptop. It is in a client's waiting area. Today I tried to access it and couldn't. When I arrived outside mt phone will connect tho it but only with the original wifisetupE45 and numeric password it came with. I can't access it on my dashboard on- myhotspot other than to see its there and calling itself wifisetupE45. Did someone hack it or id the an issue? I tried factory rat but not sure where it would send the number its asking me to enter. Help, please!
