AirCard 785 Retail unlocked . Firmware update FAILED! - Reopen please

Hello Netgear&nbsp;You closed the last post by writing "This topic has been closed to new posts due to inactivity. We hope you'll join the conversation by posting to an open topic or starting a new one."&nbsp;I have the same issue and the problem seems not to be solved&nbsp;Update fails via the Air Card itself and also via the firmware download on your support page.&nbsp;Please fix the problem and do not only close the posts you do not like.&nbsp;Best regards and thank you&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I would suggest contacting support if both methods are failing to update the aircard.
