I just got a update about this issue that you may see when you go to update the firmware that it has failed but it may not have. If you try to check for updates again and it says your device is up to date then the firmware actually went threw. Another way to check if the firmware is up to date is go and try to change your admin password if it allows you to then it should be up to date the last firmware fixed the issue with changing the admin password. But if your still having issues let me know.

Hi Darren,
I've still had a response to my support ticket unfortunately.
The firmware update screen just gives me the 'Start Download' option, but clicking on the button does nothing. Also I have no option to change the admin password because the boxes are not there. I have attached some screenshots so you get the idea.
