AirCard 785 stuck on "Shutting Down"
I just got my brand new Netgear AC785-100EUS AirCard from Amazon.
I did all the steps on the installation, but when I turn it on, it first goes through several lights, then it freezes and shows "Shutting down", and stays stuck there.
Removing the battery does not solve it, it just does the same process and after a few seconds shows the same message and does not get out of there.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this? Or is the device just faulty?
I will really appreciate any suggestion you may give me.

I am a Systems Engineer working for NETGEAR AirCard in Australia. It sounds like your unit maybe faulty. I would recommend contacting Amazon for a replacement.
