AirCard 785S - VPN pluse keeps droping

My VPN keeps droping regularly - every 10-15 minutes when connected to the aircard.   the VPN is Pulse secured

other devices seem to be fine - i.e. cell phone connected as well to the aircard adn streaming etc no issues

I've managed to try and update the firmware - but i am getting an error.

Any help would be great!
