Aircard 785S Wifi Offload Menu Not Available

Purchased the AC785S mainly to use as a LTE wifi hotspot when travelling but occassionally stay on sites with wifi so would like to use the AC as a wifi extender/ boaster and save my 4G data. Guide suggests that wifi offload or passpoint can be selected in Network Preferences menu but no such option appears for me. Any advice or solutions appreciated.
