Aircard 790S Bigpond - Wrong password from any device
Dear all,
I recently purchased an Aircard 790S, bigpond a month ago. I configured it in very standard manner, one 2.4GHZ and one 5 GHZ secondary network.
It worked very well for 3 weeks. Suddenly nobody can login anymore. Any attempt to login (from various devices such as samsung S7 phone, android box) gives "Wrong password" message.
I tried to forget the network, shutdown and restart, same thing.
I disabled 5Ghz secondary, shutdown and restart, same thing.
Anyone has an idea what is the solution for this issue?

Hi Acher-CH,
Please perform a factory reset on the actual aircard device.
Proceed with the link and on page 92 for the steps to factory reset.
