May we please know the device SKU (DC112A-xxx) and firmware version? 

Have you tried resetting the cradle? If not, we suggest to do a factory reset.

    The device SKU can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label, which should indicate DC112A-xxxxxx (DC112A-100NAS, DC112A-100EUS) 

     

    If you have DC112A-100NAS or DC112A-100EUS, please update the firmware to 1.0.0.44. Here's the link where you can download the firmware.
