Aircard 797 impossible to set up

I have just bought this and despite several people trying to set it up it is impossible why? I have contacted Netgear and really not got very far. It just will not connect and I am now lost. Can anyo...

    I thought it was just me! I have just ordered a sim data only unlimited from Amazon. I don't know if this will solve it. I will post if it does 🤞

    I have cracked it and it was so easy! I got this today and it's worked straight away. I think the problem was I was using a pay as you go phone SIM card Amazon seem to be the cheapest. Good luck
