AirCard 797S Connectivity Issue

Hi, hoping someone out there can help with this issue.

 

I bought an AirCard 797S about 4 months ago.  It set up fine and has been used several times without issue since.  A few days ago all of a sudden I have no outside connection.  

 

I can connect to the hotspot network without issue, just cannot reach any outside page.  The display and the router login indicates LTE signal and have no indication of issues.  I use the same network on another device working properly so it's not the carrier or local cell towers.

 

I've rebooted, checked for updates, pulled and re-seated the sim, cleaned the sim, etc.  Even did a factory reset and completely re-set up the device by hand with no luck.

 

At this point I'm considering sending the device back but just wanted to make sure there's nothing simple I haven't done first.

  • Good luck returning your AirCard 797. There is only a three month warranty.
