AirCard 810S Device does not connect

The device does not connect, there is no Internet via USB either.

 

As far as I understand the problem with DHCP, the network sees but there is no Internet, the SIM card was changed to another one, the problem remained.

 

Performing a hard reset and the issue persists.

 

What could be the problem with mobile devices not connecting?
