AirCard 810s no firmware update

since almost 1 year i didnot see any update for this device regarding its firmware which is abnormal for negear given its expansive price 

i encounter many issues like rebooting when plugged with power without battery or when changing data sim with another one also the annoying alert of apn config 

hope netgear acts fastly and push the long awaited apdate
