AirCard 810S (Telstra) Unlocked - Unable to update firmware

I've been trying to update my Aircard 810S, but I ether get the following error:

 

  "Update Error: There was a problem updating your device.  Please try again later."

 

Or the downloading bar scrolls forever.

 

Can someone help?

 

My Current Firmware Version:

NTG9X40C_11.14.08.12

Build Date: 2016/09/14

      - What is the error message when you update the firmware? 

      - How did you update the firmware?

    I also encountered such problem with my netgear 810s, I tried to update the firmware without success, and then I try to restore it factor setting to make it work, is there any way to update the firmware? The current version is NTG9X40C_11.14.08.12
