AirCard iOS app text & text fields not aligned in iOS9

Hi, 

 

Please note, the latest release of the AirCard app has not addressed the way the app displays correctly in iOS 9. Please note pictures attached. 

 

I have upgraded to Apple iOS 9 on the iPad and iPhone, both have the same issues.
