Aircard U340 not working on Apple MacOS Sierra

For those who know, the driver in question is downloaded from NetGear and is called AirWatch v2.5.0.
In my case, I am using AT&T mobile broadband provider, and use the following driver from: https://www.att.com/devicehowto/tutorial.html#!/stepbystep/id/stepbystep_KB421838?make=ATT&model=BeamAC340U
AT&T All Access isn't finding the modem either under Sierra 10.12 for me. That is why I tried the Netgear driver\software.
I am just about out of options and I am thinking about reinstalling back to El Capitan so I can use the AirCard once again.
I am super furstrated with this AirCard not working on my Mac.

Yep, that is the route that I am going to take now.... (some how, given that I've fresh installed a macOS).
I am screwed. I did not make a TimeMachine backup of my older El Capitan... :-/
There is no way for me to go back to El Capitan, because I didn't make a TimeMachine backup (as Apple suggested).EUREKA!

Use the 'Drivers_10.9.pkg' file.Same here! The installation of the new drivers for Sierra was succesful and now my AirCard works once again.
Thanks to whomever was responsible for the new driver!!!
