APN configuration trouble with a giff gaff sim in the UK for Nighthawk M1 MR1100

Question

I have a new SIM card with giff gaff and the router is new too. "roaming data disabled' is on the front screen with whatever apn configuration I try, which are all slightly different with different headings. Can any one provide one that suits the Netgear format and will work for a giff gaff sim? Or just one that will work?
