I’m having this issue. Did yours ever get resolved?

Got the same issue (We are using ATT bussiness plan). Wifi works but ethernet doesn't.

Same 'No Ethernet' issue on my MR1100 M1 router. I have a trouble ticket open. I have the latest ATT provided firmware 12.05.05.14. I saw some threads where this version should have corrected the issue. My ethernet port is broken. The wifi and the USB port will still connect. I have a USB 3.0 to Ethernet adapter that came with my laptop plugged into the usb. That works for now, but I think there is a speed decrease from what ethernet would be.

Hi all,
Be sure your hotspot USB port is configured for "Charge Only" and not Charge+Tether. If Charge+Tether is enabled and the USB sets up as a data path, it will disable the Ethernet as USB data path has a higher priority than Ethernet.
Also, set the Ethernet port standby to disable, default is 2 Min. Ethernet port will go into standby (power down) to conserve the battery if the port is not used. The Ethernet port will "Wake" if the LCD screen is activated.
If does not resolve, then please start a new thread with the details of your hotspot configuration, including how USB is connected, is there a battery in place, what is the charging source, what Firmware and PRI versions, which model version the hotspot are you using (i.e. MR1100-100NAS) from the product label.
