ATT Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 stuck on boot logo

My ATT Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 just displays the ATT&T logo while booting up and fails to finish loading.

 

I have tried removing and replacing battery and rebooting.

Removing SIM and rebooting

Factory resetting using the reset button.

Booting while plugged in without the battery and SIM.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas I could try?

    Netgear support already replace my router and everything is working now.

    Please contact AT&T to better isolate the issue for possible hardware problem.
