ATT Nighthawk MR1100 stuck on boot logo and boot fails

hi all, this started happening tonight.  I tried everything, the only option is to take out battery and put it back, then it goes back to get stuck on the logo and then stops trying to boot.  I dont ...

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community! 

     

    I suggest to reboot the unit without the sim card. If the device completely boot up then perform a factory reset by following the steps provided by plemans. Once done, insert the sim card again and check how it goes.
