Have you tried resetting the smart cradle (DC112A)? If not, please press and hold the reset button to return the cradle to its factory settings.
Kindly provide as well the device SKU (DC112A-xxx) and firmware version.

Please make sure you connect all your devices to the DC112A network without AC785 docked on cradle at least once. Then check whether this resolve your issue.
