Battery not charging
AT&T nighthawk battery not charging
Hi all.
So.. as a mobile hotspot .. I have this set up in my truck. The battery has stoped charging on a consistent basis.: I plug it in.. starts charging.. 2 minutes later.. it just stops. Only way to get it going again. Take the battery out.. put it back in and it starts charging again. So annoying. 200 hundred bucks of I need to deal with it.
I am somewhat tech savvy.. so I think I’ve done all that I could default to.. like take the battery out.. let it rest.. try a different chateger.. wire, etc etc etc..
the hotspot is used to provide WiFi in my truck.. that means.. it could sit parked for a few hours on 100 degree weather.:. If you can even call it that weather..
But I figured.. the company selling it.. knows this is a possibility... so it should work.
Any ideas ?

Please try to utilize trucks air conditioning(air flow) to cool down device. Also direct sunlight should be avoided, because dashboard can get extremely hot place for electronic devices. When device temperature is under certain treshold then it starts charging the battery..
