Bigpond Aircard 790S won't connect at 8011.ac

I recently bought a used Aircard router AC790S and getting problem with the charging. It will not charge sometimes through USB cable. I tried in mobile adapter + usb cable and computer + USB cable as well.

 

I dont have the box or the original charger. Please tell me a solution for this.

    What is the volts and amps of the charger that you are trying to use?
